Shipping, Cancellation & Return Policy

Shipping Policy

At Anomaly by Artifex, we aim to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time. Every piece we create is handled with care and intention — whether it's a standard drop or a limited preorder. Please take a moment to review our policies below.

Processing

Allow 1–3 business days for order processing and dispatch. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking info once your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

  • Domestic (India): 7–10 business days after processing.
  • International: 14-24 days after processing, charges calculated at checkout.

Note: Preorder delivery dates may differ. We do not process or dispatch orders on weekends or national holidays.

Important: We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once handed to carriers. International customers are responsible for import duties and taxes. Shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable for returns.

Preorder Policy

Limited preorders include estimated shipping dates on product pages and checkout. Preorder timelines can shift due to production or creative changes; we'll post updates on the site and via email.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel, contact Customer Support as soon as possible at support@anomalybyartifex.com with your order number.

  • If the order hasn't shipped, we can cancel and issue a full refund.
  • If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Cancellations are processed during standard working hours.

Return and Refund Policy

We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. Please check product descriptions and size charts before purchase — we cannot process returns for fit or preference changes.

If your item is damaged

  1. Contact us within 7 days at support@anomalybyartifex.com.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  3. After approval, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions.

Return requirements

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Include receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed as store credit only
  • Refunds will reflect within 7-14 days in your store account.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Items altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible. We recommend reviewing size charts for our oversized/unisex pieces.
